Integrity／誠実さ

Integrity is defined as « the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles » or « the state of being whole and undivided. »

When working in a company, team work and remembering the company’s mission is very important.

That is why it is important to have integrity, in the sense pf putting the company first.
Sometimes it is easy to be selfish and try to protect ourselves or serve out own agenda, but having integrity will remind us to play our role and do it the right way.

In a company, in society, in life in general there is a hierarchy and every person in that hierarchy as a role.
Doing your part with integrity will ensure that every things works well to get to the end goal.

They say team work makes the dream work, so it is important that we work on our personal flaws and weaknesses and focus on the big picture and the mission.

誠実さとは、「正直であること、強い道徳的観念を持つこと」または「全体的に矛盾した点がない」という意味です。

会社で働く上では、チームワークと会社の使命を忘れないことがとても大切です。

だからこそ、会社を第一に考えるという意味で、誠実さを持つことが重要なのです。
時には、利己的になったり、自分自身を守ろうとして自分なりのアジェンダを確立する場合がありますが、誠実さを持つことは、自分の役割を果たし、正しい方法で行うことを思い出させてくれます。

会社や社会、そして世の中には立場や役職というものがあり、そこに属する人は、自分の役割通りの立場に着きます。
誠実さを持ったあなたの行動によって、すべての物事が最終的な目標に到達するようになります。

一般的にチームワークが夢を実現すると言いますので、個人の欠点や弱点に働きかけ、全体像とミッションに焦点を当てることが重要です。
